Rooms are available to customers e from 2 p.m. on day of arrival and must be left by 11 a.m. the day of departure.

PERIODS A/B/C 3 nights : PERIOD D 7 nights.
The Full Board and Half Board rates are flat, therefore when Guests do not receive meals, they are not entitled to any refund.
